# How can I take a Snapshot of all subjects?

## You can take a copy of all trackers with a single click. You can use this as a reference point or to allow leaders to compare their Live data to a historic point in time

To take a School level snapshot, you will need to be an [Admin User:](https://support.pupilprogress.com/helpcentre/permission-levels?hsLang=en)

1. Go to **My School**
2. Select **Snapshots** from the dropdown menu
3. Click the blue **Add School-level snapshot** button

When you go to your trackers or Analysis area, all subject leaders will be able to select the school snapshots when you click on Snapshot.
