How to pay for a subscription in Pupil Progress

Once a subscription has been requested, this article guides Finance Managers through the process of purchasing a Pupil Progress subscription via card payment.

Once a member of your school's staff has requested to either purchase, upgrade or extend a subscription, you will see a red notification circle next to Subscriptions at the top of the page. Click Subscriptions, in this area you will be able to find the request, and see which user made it. The three dots at the right hand side allow you to either Approve and make the payment or Reject the request.

Select Approve and make the payment... on the next page you are able securely to enter card details, check that the other details are valid, and pay via the blue button at the bottom of the page. A successful payment will update the subscription dates and restore access automatically if it was previously expired.  An invoice will be sent so you can reconcile the payment.
