How do I renew my subscription?

This quick article will show you how to renew your subscription when you're getting close to its end.

If your subscription on Pupil Progress is about to run out but you wish to renew this to keep accessing your trackers, you can quickly do extend your subscription from your account.

Click on Subscriptions from the top menu and click on Extend Subscription for the relevant subject area.

Here you'll be able to:

  1. Select the qualification/s that you need access to within the selected subject area. At this stage, you can also choose to upgrade by ticking more qualifications than the one/s you currently have access to. Once 3 qualifications get selected, you automatically get access to all qualifications available for the same price
  2. Choose how long you want to extend your subscription for (Months or Years)
  3. Finally you should invite your school's Finance Manager to join Pupil Progress so they'll be able to take care of processing the payment for your subscription.

Once all the information is correct, click on Request Subscription and your request will be processed.
