How can I get support with Pupil Progress?
If you're struggling with anything, or have some questions, there are a few different ways that you're able to reach out to us.
If you have any questions that you require assistance with, you are able to get in touch with us by Live Chat, Email or Phone, as well as booking a call for a set time if you would prefer. We're available between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, and will be able to get back to you as soon as possible with any requests outside of these hours.
Our live chat function can be accessed from any area of Pupil Progress by clicking the blue speech bubble present at the bottom right corner of the screen. This will route you through to a member of our support team if somebody is available, and will give you the opportunity to create a support ticket if nobody is free. If you don't have time to wait, it may be best to send us an email on support@pupilprogress.com, and we will get back to you within 24 hours on weekdays.
