# How can I get support with Pupil Progress?

## If you're struggling with anything, or have some questions, there are a few different ways that you're able to reach out to us.

If you have any questions that you require assistance with, you are able to get in touch with us by **Live Chat**, **Email** or **Phone**, as well as **booking a call** for a set time if you would prefer. We're available between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, and will be able to get back to you as soon as possible with any requests outside of these hours. 

 

Our **live chat** function can be accessed from any area of Pupil Progress by clicking the blue speech bubble present at the bottom right corner of the screen. This will route you through to a member of our support team if somebody is available, and will give you the opportunity to create a support ticket if nobody is free. If you don't have time to wait, it may be best to send us an **email** on [**support@pupilprogress.com**](mailto:support@pupilprogress.com), and we will get back to you within 24 hours on weekdays. 

 

If your query is a little more time sensitive, or you would rather just speak with one of us, you are more than welcome to give us a call on **01273 257133** and we would be happy to answer any questions that you may have. Alternatively, you **can book a set time** for a Zoom call (often right away if you wish) to address any queries via the link below:
