# Once a member of staff is added to my MIS, how can I invite them to Pupil Progress?

## If you use Groupcall to integrate with Pupil Progress, it's easy to get new staff members set up.

If a new member of staff has recently joined your school, and they have been added to your MIS (such as **SIMS**, **Bromcom**, or **Arbor**), it's a simple process to get them set up on Pupil Progress.

Groupcall syncs regularly, meaning that they should appear in the list of staffunder the **My School** area soon after the are added to your MIS. Please note, it can take up to a day for this sync to occur. Once they appear, their status will be set to either **Invited** or **Not invited yet**, meaning that you just need to click the three dots to the right hand side of their name and select the **Send Invitation Email** option from the box that pops up.

Once you have done this, the staff member will receive an email within a couple of minutes inviting them to sign up to Pupil Progress; they just need to click the link, create a password, and then they're in!

If you're unable to wait a day, there are two options;

1\. Open up your [Groupcall account](http://manage.groupcall.com/schoolportal) and on the home page select Refresh my Xporter Data now. it may take up to 30 minutes for the change to show on Pupil Progress, but you can contact our support team to speed this up.

2\. You are still able to manually create an account for them, with this being merged into their profile on your MIS once the sync has occurred - refer to the article below for how to do this:
