If you're a Leader of a subject or a School Admin, you can access the Analysis tool which will allow you to generate student reports in mass.

Hover over Reports on the top menu, and then click on Downloadable Reports.

Download reports in mass

You'll then be able to generate student reports in 4 different ways:

  1. By student
You can generate reports for selected students across all subjects.

  2. By subject
You can generate reports for a specific subject all at once, or further filter the selection and choose a specific class and selected students within that class.

  3. By year group
You can generate reports for a whole year group at once, across all subjects.

  4. By attribute
You can generate reports for specific groups of students based on their information, such as their SEND status.

You can also select which report template to use when downloading the reports. If you do not have any report templates set up yet, this article explains how you can do this -> How to customise student reports

Once you've clicked on Request Report, you'll receive first an email to confirm your request and secondly an email with a link to Download the generated reports. Please, be aware that there will be a delay before you receive the second email, as the system will need some time to process all the information and generate all student reports requested.
