Synchronised classes will handle all class moves for you. If you want to move or remove a student, you will need to contact your school's data manager to make the change on your MIS system.

Any students that are no longer in a class will appear in a new class called "Not assigned to a class".

Any student who changes classes on your MIS will automatically be updated.

You may need to wait 1 day as the synchronisation takes place at night. If you need it before then, contact our support team on the chat icon and they will be able to start a sync earlier.

All students who are moved class will keep all their data and take it to the new class.

No. We never delete or remove data or students without expressed permission.

The synchronisation will move any students that are no longer in your class on the MIS to a new class called "Not assigned to a class". Their data will be kept too.

The "Not assigned to a class" is a manually managed class. To remove a student from a class, click the 3-dot button to the right of the green Live Tracking button, then select Edit Class.

Scroll down to the student list and click Remove.
