Data doesn't have to be manually added one mark at a time; using bulk edit will allow you to add data from other trackers or system really quickly and easily:
Toggle the Tools option on your tracker, and then click Bulk Edit
Copy the data that you're looking to enter into the tracker with Ctrl+C
Return to your tracker, and click then the cell in the top left corner of where you're looking to paste, then press Ctrl+V on your keyboard to paste
Click Save Changes from the options on the right hand side of the page once you're done
