How can I make an assessment count/ not count towards the grade?

You may wish to still show a Customised Assessment on the tracker and reports, but for it not to count.

Go to Edit the Customised Assessment and then deselect the Counting towards the Unit and Summary Grades box.

To make it count again, then go back to Edit and re-tick Counting towards the Unit and Summary Grades box and save the changes. You are able to update multiple assessments at the same time using the Quick Edit feature.

How can I hide a Customised Assessment for a class?

Go to Edit and then scroll down to the classes. Untick the classes that you want to hide the Customised Assessment for and then press Save Assessment.

The data will still be saved, so if you come back and re-select the classes, the assessments will be restored along with the data. Similarly, you can also do this from Quick Edit by unticking the box that pertains to that particular class/es.

If I delete an Customised Assessment, can I restore it later?

No, you can't. Once it has been deleted you will not be able to restore it directly on the platform. If you are unsure at all, it is better to hide it on the classes using the steps above.

How can I change the order of the Customised Assessment?

Go to Assessments tab and then scroll down to the Customised Assessment you want to move. Click Quick Edit, then click Move up or Move down (you may first need to click the three dots to the right hand side of the assessment).

The order of the tests will be in the same of reading from left to right on the tracker
