Pupil Progress manages class membership, relevant student details, and staff lists directly from your MIS via Groupcall.

This means that any changes you make in your MIS are automatically reflected in Pupil Progress. If you make a change to students, staff or class lists on your MIS, you may need to wait until the following day, as the changes are synced overnight. If you need it urgently, please contact us.

The process to get set up is as follows:

1. Authorise access for Pupil Progress to sync with your MIS via Groupcall

You will receive an invitation email from Groupcall to their Xporter tool which will walk you through the steps to set up and authorise the autosync.

For more about what Groupcall Xporter is and how authorisation works, take a look at the following video:

Here are links to the Pupil Progress Data Processing Agreement and Terms of Service if you need to get any GDPR clearances.

2. Send us course details and Minimum Target Grades

Our onboarding team will ask you to send through details of the courses and qualifications which your classes are studying for, so that classes synced from Groupcall are matched with the respective Pupil Progress trackers specific to their courses.

We will also ask you to send through Minimum Target Grades so that these can be matched to individual students in each of their subjects.

3. We will let you know when your set up is completed

If you haven't received the set up invitation, or have any questions about setting up your Groupcall sync or any other aspects of the Pupil Progress onboarding process, contact our onboarding team at: [email protected]
